Reservations accepted for 2026 only!

14 Hours, from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm.

Payment non-refundable. 

Maximum 140 guests.

INCLUDED

  • Access to Garden and around Park.
  • Garden dimensions 300' x 240'.
  • Garden circular area 100' diameter 7,854 sq ft.
  • Parking for 50 cars.
  • Electrical hookup in designated circular garden area.
  • Prestige 3 Restroom Trailer.
  • Clean-up.

NOT INCLUDED

  • Tent/chairs/tables/decoration.
  • Access to manor or immediate surroundings (see below off-limits area map).

REQUIRED

  • Tent(s) to be set on gravel area and not grass.
  • All personal property, including food shall be removed same day of event, and other items that were not present in the venue.
  • Tent and other structures to be removed within 24 hours of event.
  • Smoking allowed in designated smoking area.
  • Single day event liability insurance.
There is no inclement weather refund, you may rebook to another day of your choice depending availability at no additional charge.
